2024 Custom Order Bookings

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING! 

• By purchasing this item you secure your shipping month. You'll be able to pick exact shipping date on the "Measurements and colors form" that will be sent to you ones deposit is payed.
  
• Select and purchase the ship date you would like in order to secure your booking. 
  
• The $200.00 purchase serves as your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will be applied towards the total cost of your costume and will guarantee you shipping date. 
  
• Your initial deposit includes a 15$ shipping expense.
• One spot purchased is one booking. To book multiple spots, please purchase the corresponding amount needed. 
  
• The final payment MUST BE PAID within 2 weeks of receiving your final invoice, otherwise deposit and costume is forfeited.
  
• Costumes will not be shipped until final balance is paid. 
  
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers. The tracking number will be sent to your email address ones the order is shipped.
  
• Rushed orders are available for an additional fee of $150.00, please add the rushed-order listing to the cart together with the spot booking.
  
• Headpiece accessories is available for purchase for an additional fee of $15.00-$25.00, please add the headpiece-order listing to the cart together with the spot booking.
  

MEASUREMENT/ DESIGN DETAIL DUE DATES

• You will receive your "Measurements and colors form" via email 3-5 business days after booking your order. (Please keep an eye on your junk folder too!) Forms must be submitted within TWO WEEKS of receiving. Once submitted, you will receive a sketch of your costume design (any past costume remake order will not receive a sketch). You will have ONE WEEK to approve or request any changes to your design.
• If you do not meet these deadlines, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you will forfeit your deposit.
• All measurements submitted are FINAL. We are not responsible for an imperfect fit due to inaccurate provided measurements or growth spurt in your dancer. Please give measurements you want the costume made to. If you would like to add an additional room for your dancer to grow please include it in the measurement, if you have any questions in regards of measurements - please email us and we'll be happy to help.
• Guided measurement call is available for an additional fee of $35.00, please select the appropriate add-on with your booking.
