General Information

At Dance Costumes Studio, we specialize in creating high-quality, custom dance costumes designed to make performers shine. Each piece is crafted with premium materials and expert attention to detail, ensuring style, durability, and comfort.

Custom Order Policy:

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your selected shipping date.
  • The final balance must be paid before shipping. Costumes will not be shipped until full payment is received.
  • Final balances must be paid within 7 days of receiving the final invoice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of both the deposit and costume, with no refunds.

  • All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Dance Costumes Studio unless exclusivity is explicitly purchased and documented in writing. The studio reserves the right to display, reproduce, or adapt designs for portfolio, marketing, and resale purposes after completion.

  • All sales are final. Since each costume is made to order, returns are not accepted.

Alterations & Shipping:

  • Alterations are a normal part of the custom costume process. If alterations are needed due to measurement changes or incorrectly provided measurements, they will be subject to a $50 per hour sewing fee. Completion time will vary based on the complexity of the alterations required.
  • If alterations are needed, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our studio.
  • Any past designs featured on our website or social media can be remade, though slight variations may occur due to fabric or embellishment availability.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Custom & Ready-to-Ship Designs: Due to the nature of made-to-order products, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • Base Costumes & Training Wear: Returns are not accepted, but exchanges are possible. Customers must cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
