Order Updates

Shipping Notification

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once the package has been shipped.

Final Payment Requirement

Final payment is due within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice. If the final payment deadline is missed, both the deposit and the costume order will be forfeited.

Shipment Conditions

Costumes are only shipped after the full balance has been paid.

Shipping & Taxes

The custom costume price does not include shipping costs or applicable taxes. These will be calculated and added at the time of final payment.

Deposit Listings & Custom Orders

Some listings on our website represent deposit payments for custom costume orders or production booking slots. These listings are not physical products and are not shipped.

Deposits are required to begin work on a custom costume and may cover services such as:

  • custom design development

  • designer sketch creation

  • measurement-based pattern development

  • material sourcing and preparation

  • construction of the costume base

Because work begins immediately after a deposit is placed and materials are allocated specifically for the client’s order, all deposits are non-refundable.

The deposit amount counts toward the total costume price, and the remaining balance must be paid before the costume can be completed and shipped.
